In his talk at LANE 2024 in Fürth, Germany, Prof. Mohamad Bayat from DTU presented very interesting insights in the correlation of thermo-fluid-microstructural effects and beam shaping in Laser Powder Bed Fusion which is one of the key enabling techniques investigated in GlobalAM.
